Graduated in the department of Electronic Information, Shanxi University, and as an EMBA of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, Mr Meng had worked for Beijing Changkong Machinery Corporation of China Aviation Industry. Then he founded Long Teknik in 2003, focused on R&D and service of virtual reality products for 15 years, and experienced all the development and changes of virtual reality.

Graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology of mechanical and electronic engineering, he has lead the R&D of the V&R simulation platform of Long Teknik and has participated in the integration and development of important V&R systems in various industries such as aviation and aerospace, and the research topics related to national V&R simulations.

She focuses on the areas of corporate strategy, operations, and human resources and so on with a bachelor degree in computer science and a master's degree in business administration of Tianjin University.He has more than 10 years experience as a senior executive in listed companies and  group companies in rapid development served as HR director, deputy general manager, and vice president,.

Mr Sun is graduated from North China Institute of Technique of measuring control and intelligent instrument and has more than ten years work experience in the integration services field of V&R system. He is responsible for the overall sales planning and team management of the company, and also provides consulting services for key accounts, helping customers for a customized and extensible solutions to meet the more and more complex market demands of system applications. The leadership in solution design and the market program of technical product has reflected his broad international perspectives.
